1- Acceptance and application of the conditions

The buyer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale set out here and declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale governing the contractual relations between the company DERMOTECHNIC SAS and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all the other conditions appearing in any other document, except preliminary, express and written exemption.

The seller is defined below as being the company DERMOTECHNIC SAS via the e-commerce site www.minilift.info whose registered office is at 168 avenue Saint Lambert, 06100 Nice registered in the Nice Trade and Companies Register under Siren number 480 885 128 and the buyer is defined below as being the company or the person signing and accepting the present conditions of sale. The buyer acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described below, that is to say to have the legal majority and not to be under guardianship or guardianship. The buyer acknowledges having read these T & Cs before placing the order.

2 – Price

DERMOTECHNIC SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order entry (subject to availability). The products remain the property of the company DERMOTECHNIC SAS until full payment of the price.

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros. The prices indicated on the product sheets are expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and the countries of the EEC but do not include transport costs. When ordering online, the total price indicated in the order confirmation includes the price of the products, as well as the transport costs.

3 – Order

The automatic recording systems communicated by internet as well as the order forms sent by the customer by mail are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. 4 – Availability

In the event of temporary unavailability, DERMOTECHNIC SAS reserves an additional week for processing the order. In the event of definitive unavailability of a product after placing his order, the purchaser will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the items out of stock. The buyer will then have one working week (excluding weekends and holidays) to request the cancellation or exchange of his order by contacting our customer service via the Contact form.

After this period and if no request was noted on his part, the order will then be sent with the available items and only these items will be invoiced.

5 – Delivery & transport

The products will be sent to the delivery address that the buyer has indicated during the ordering process. Participation in shipping costs is inclusive of VAT. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Given the high demand for the mini LIFT® device, delivery times are estimated at around 15 days or more after receipt of full payment for your order and do not take into account the preparation time which varies from 1 to 3 open days. Orders registered after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next day or the following Monday for any order placed during the weekend.

No complaint concerning the non-receipt of a package will be accepted by our services beyond one month after shipment. Please note, any late delivery dispute concerning a package will not give rise to compensation from DERMOTECHNIC SAS.

After 30 days, from the date of shipment of your order, no complaints will be accepted.

Damaged parcel

If your package is delivered to you directly in your mailbox or by your postman and is unfortunately damaged: You must imperatively go to your post office to ask them for a report of damage without opening it. If this is not requested on the same day of your delivery, the post office will refuse to send it to you and therefore our services will not be able to accede to any claim for compensation. If your package is delivered to you by carrier, you are required to check the condition of the package before accepting it and sign the delivery note and report any anomaly on this delivery note before signing.

Returns under the reason NPAI

Processing an NPAI return

Returns under the reason ‘unclaimed’

These are the packages that have not been claimed by customers at the post office within the time limits. (15 days).

Colissimo Monitoring is a very reliable service. However, it is possible, as in any expedition, that there is a delay in delivery or that the product is lost. In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date we indicated to you in the dispatch email, we ask you to notify us of this delay by calling us by phone or by sending us an email. We will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. An investigation by the Post may last up to 21 days from the date of the start of the investigation.

If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to your home (most cases).

If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the Post Office considers the package as lost. Only then can we return a replacement product to you, at our expense.

If the product (s) ordered were no longer available at that time, we would reimburse you for the amount of the products affected by the loss of the carrier.

If the product (s) were still available, but had changed the selling price on the site, we would apply the new selling prices, either by reimbursing you by check for the difference, or by requesting a complementary check concerning this price difference.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or a strike.

6 – Guarantee and After Sales Service

DERMOTECHNIC is bound by the two (2) year legal guarantee of conformity mentioned in Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-13 of the Consumer Code and the two (2) year guarantee relating to defects in the item. sold, under the conditions provided for in the articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.

8 – 100% secure payment

9 – Refund

  • d- In the event of a device exchange following a breakdown, the shipping costs for sending the new product will be borne by DERMOTECHNIC SA S.

REMINDER : home care aesthetic hygiene devices such as the mini LIFT, mini SCULPT cannot be returned or exchanged if the device has been used. The security tape must not be removed, glued or damaged under any circumstances. Devices with a malfunction will be subject to a standard exchange.

In addition, we will not be able to take back:

  • items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, opened or soiled and not returned in their original packaging .
  • no item or product will be returned, exchanged or refunded due to allergy.
  • items or products for which no attached item identifies the sender (no order, name, first name, address, or phone number), items to be written on plain paper accompanying the returned product (s) … Return costs will be borne by the sender. The return of the products will give rise to a credit, equal to the purchase price of the product (s) purchased. The credit note therefore does not include any delivery and / or gift package costs.

As soon as your return has been processed, we will confirm you by email to inform you of the amount of your credit.

After 30 days, from the date of shipment of your order, no complaints will be accepted.

10 – Applicable law of disputes

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the Nice court has sole jurisdiction.

DERMOTECHNIC SAS liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
